Calvin Böckmann's dream of competing in the World Championships in Aachen has been dashed, but he is set to compete in his first U25 World Championships with his trusted horse, Altair de la Cense.

From July 21 to 26, Millstreet, Ireland, will host its first-ever World Championship for U25 eventing riders. Here is the German team.
The DOKR named the following pairs:
- DM bronze medalist Ann-Catrin Bierlein with her speedy Sir Scotty (owner: Ann-Catrin Bierlein; breeder: Elizabeth Kapp)
- The new German Champion, Calvin Böckmann, with Altair de la Cense (owners: Simone, Jason, and Liam Böckmann; breeders: Diego & Filipa Horta E Costa)
- Despite some bad luck on the course, he’s competing in Luhmühlen: Nicholas Goldbeck with Chintano (owners: Jens and Nicholas Goldbeck; breeder: Thomas Gerken)
- Carla Hanser with Castagnola (Owner: Alexandra Hanser; Breeder: Thomas May)
- Libussa Lübbeke with Darcy F (owner: Libussa Lübbeke; breeder: Ferdinand Baumann), pending nomination for the World Championships in Aachen.
- The DM Eighth-Place Finishers: Linus Weiss with Astrello (Owner: Susanne Weiss; Breeder: Jörg Sültemeier)
- R1 Konstantin Harting with Botswana (owner: Rainer Schwere; breeder: Dieter Pingel).
