The World Championships for Young Show Jumping Horses in Lanaken, the seventh of eight qualifying events for the Nuremberg Burg-Pokal in Darmstadt, eventing in Blenheim, the League of Nations in St. Tropez, and more—here’s a selection of this coming weekend’s sporting events.

Dressage


Dressage tournament featuring the Nuremberg Burg-Pokal qualifier and national Grand Prix classes, September 17–20 in Darmstadt

In addition to dressage classes up to Grand Prix level and show jumping up to Class S, Darmstadt hosts the penultimate stage of the Burg-Pokal. Twenty-four young horses between the ages of seven and nine are entered. Among the riders who have announced their participation are Katharina Hemmer, Moritz Treffinger, Lena Haßmann, and—making her debut—Rose Oatley.
