Two Holsteiner Association stallions sold as sport horses

Chezarro Is Now a Show Jumper in the Czech Republic
Chezarro by Casall-Conteur, now ten years old, was bred by Gabriele Kowalski of Stadum. As a young horse, he impressed in his performance tests, particularly the sport tests, which he completed at age four with a final score of 9.11 and at age five with 9.78 (!). The judges awarded him a 10.0 for rideability and overall impression. In competition, he most recently won two 1.40-meter show jumping classes in May with Arne van Heel in the saddle in Martofte, Denmark. He is now on layoff and is set to continue his competitive training under a rider from the Czech Republic.
Million’s Way to Italy
Million’s Way, by Million Dollar-Concerto II, was also born in 2016 and comes from the association’s own breeding program. His dam is none other than Thomas Kleis’ 2009 Derby winner, Carassina, who also gave the association the Uriko son United Way. Million’s Way is now headed to Italy, to the stable of a “longtime client of the Holsteiner Verband,” as the association states. He, too, is now set to become a pure show jumper. However, semen from both stallions will remain available, according to the association’s announcement. move to Italy.
