Dalera’s first foal – Rattling stork alarm in Aubenhausen

In January 2025, Dalera and Jessica von Bredow-Werndl bid farewell to the world sport stage for good with a show performance in Basel. After a complication-free pregnancy, which has been repeatedly shared on social media for all of the mare’s fans, the foal has now arrived. The filly was born without any problems.
“She’s here – and simply wonderful🥹 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 Everything went well,” a shocked Jessica von Bredow-Werndl lets her community know, judging by the emojis. In a very short time, the short video clip received more than 40,000 likes and more than 1,000 comments.
… and who is the daddy of Dalera’s foal?
The foal’s sire is Vitalis. The KWPN stallion is in fourth place in the current ranking of the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH). His currently most prominent offspring is Vayron, with whom Ingrid Klimke won team gold at the European Dressage Championships in Crozet in 2025. Other celebrities who can say “little sister” to the little Princess of Aubenhausen – you have to put it that way, after all, the dam is “Queen Dalera” – are the 2022 World Team Champion, Vamos Amigo, or Fabienne Müller-Lütkemeier’s mare Valencia AS and Valverde.
Incidentally, Isabell Werth’s Olympic silver medal winner Bella Rose foaled last year. Dalera’s foal and “Bella’s” offspring are even distantly related: The Trakehner Gribaldi is the great-grandfather of Dalera’s daughter and the great-great-grandfather of “Majestic Madeleine”, whose sire is Totilas’ grandson Majestic Taonga.
If Germany wins the bid for the 2036 Olympic Games, the two celebrity daughters could theoretically compete for Germany. But for now, we wish them all a carefree childhood, happiness and good health as they take their first steps in life.
