A big step for a great talent - Philipp Schulze Topphoff will be riding for Beerbaum Stables in Riesenbeck from mid-April.

After Christian Kukuk became self-employed on January 1st, there was still a stable aisle free in the Beerbaum Stables sports stable. Philipp Schulze Topphoff’s horses will move in here in April, meaning that he will remain loyal to the Münsterland region, only moving from Havixbeck to Riesenbeck.

The 27-year-old has often competed in the Global Champions League for the Riesenbeck International team. Boss Ludger Beerbaum says:

“We have already had the pleasure of working with Philipp as a team rider for Team Riesenbeck International and have gotten to know him not only as a successful athlete, but above all as a strong team player. He is extremely determined, works towards his goals with great professionalism and always remains down-to-earth. It is precisely this mix that makes him a real asset to our team, both as an athlete and as a person.”

About Philipp Schulze Topphoff

Philipp Schulze Topphoff was European Young Rider Champion in 2019. He has represented Germany at a total of four European Young Rider Championships, winning three gold and two bronze medals. With the mare Concordess, who carried him to the European title in 2019, he also took part in the World Cup Final in Leipzig in 2022, after they had previously won the qualifier in La Coruña, among others. The mare was later sold and most recently jumped for Qatar.

Whether Concordess back then or Carla NRW and Vivantas today – all the horses with which Philipp Schulze Topphoff is successful in the big sport, he brought into the sport himself and accompanied them step by step. Until now, he has worked on his parents’ farm at home in Havixbeck. Now he is moving from Havixbeck to Riesenbeck.
