Annika Esch is the name of the committed horse lover who has posted a petition online to collect signatures against the horse tax. She wants to present this to the local council.
In her demand, she explains in detail all the arguments against a horse tax. And the reasons are manifold – first and foremost that the revenue and administrative costs are out of proportion to each other. This has already been shown in Hessian municipalities, among others, which only realized after the introduction what a disservice they had done themselves. The horse tax was quickly overturned there.
In Reutlingen, this should at best not even happen.
