Some are still out riding, while other riders are already heading back indoors. In Oslo, for example, where the Western European League of the Show Jumping World Cup is kicking off. Meanwhile, the German dressage team is traveling more or less en masse to the small village of Dörnhagen, with a population of 3,000, for the final qualifying opportunities for the finals of the NÜRNBERGER BURG-POKAL and the Louisdor Prize.

Every major name in the world of dressage horse training—up to the Grand Prix level—is heading to Guxhagen-Dörnhagen in Hesse this weekend. That’s where the final qualifiers for the Louisdor Prize and the NÜRNBERGER BURG-POKAL finals will take place. The expected number of starters is almost beyond belief. And there will be show jumping as well.
